It facilitates all guest communications, including automated messaging and reviews. Cleaners use it to manage turnovers. Maintenance uses it to coordinate access. Integrates with payment processor to collect all direct and VRBO payments.
  • Each cabin is a "smart" cabin and is equipped with smart locks, ring cameras, Brilliant wall devices (control lighting and music), Sonos devices, and smart thermostats. The cabins know when each reservation is and adjust all of the above accordingly. HUGELY effective/efficient.
