This property has a mix of tenant and park owned homes (12 TOH and 5 POH). The current lot rent is $250/month. Tenants in park owned homes pay an additional $450-$650/month in rent for their homes.
Park-Owned Homes are located in Lots: 1, 5, 6, 7, and D.
List price does not include the sale of park-owned homes. Park-owned homes will be sold to the tenants prior to closing, unless buyer is willing to negotiate the sale of the park owned homes with the community.

Utility Structure
